PACO (Puerto Rican, American, and Caribbean Organization) was founded in 1991 to promote awareness of Hispanic culture and support the growth of the Hispanic community in Dayton, Ohio, and surrounding areas. Through cultural events, arts promotion, and educational initiatives, PACO is committed to making a positive impact.

PACO is a nonprofit organization operated by a dedicated staff of volunteers, 75% of whom are Hispanic. We focus on strengthening our community by promoting cultural understanding and providing essential services, including support in housing, education, and family programs.
